Applied
Your application will come through to us in an anonymised format.
- Stage 2
Shortlist
Once we've received your application, a member of the team will review it against the essential criteria for the role.
- Stage 3
Teams interview
This is a 30 minute teams interview to understand your technical experience.
- Stage 4
Interview 1
This interview will consist of a range of competency-based questions relevant to your skills and experience. In line with our inclusive hiring guidelines, we will provide candidates the interview questions 48 hours in advance.
- Stage 5
Offer
You will be contacted and made a verbal offer of employment. This will be followed by a written offer letter detailing all the information you'll need
- Stage 6
Hired
Your pre-employment checks are complete and your contract is on its way to you.
