Your application will come through to us in an anonymised format. 

Stage 2

Shortlist

Once we've received your application, a member of the team will review it against the essential criteria for the role. 

Stage 3

Interview 1

This interview will consist of a range of competency-based questions relevant to your skills and experience. In line with our inclusive hiring guidelines, we will provide candidates the interview questions 48 hours in advance. 

Stage 4

Interview 2

The second stage interview will involve a task which will be sent to you in advance so that you can prepare. It will then be followed by questions relevant to the task or a competency-based interview. Any pre-prepared questions will be sent to you 48 hours in advance, in line with our inclusive hiring guidelines. 

Stage 5

Offer

You will be contacted and made a verbal offer of employment. This will be followed by a written offer letter detailing all the information you'll need 
Stage 6

Hired

Your pre-employment checks are complete and your contract is on its way to you. 
We will keep in touch with you from when you accept your offer through to your first day.
